There are only a few 6″ blocks left on my Block-a-Day calendar. The pattern was called Shamrocks but it used hearts rather than shamrocks so I switched out the appliqué. It’s been a long time since I made anything to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day.

Walid is now officially a grandson he too received a cupcake for his birthday. How sweet it is that his birthday occurs on Valentine’s Day and allows me to use some of my themed fabric.

I haven’t made a card for Kevin for awhile but when I was going through some old photos I came across his birth announcement and I thought he, or someone in his family, might want to see it. I’m sorry that I was in such a hurry to get his card in the mail that I neglected to take a photo of the announcement.
