Sunday
We came home on the noon ferry and, except for our own personal bins, we are unpacked. After lunch we retired to our own areas to finish settling in.
For me that meant heading upstairs to see what I missed on my To-Do list while I was away. I managed to clear up a few things on the list (the quick ones) as well as pay a few bills. Because I finished a few hand stitching projects while we were away I was able to check some of them off completely. My UFO for June was unveiled and my May UFO is barely started. There is more Guild work to be done and I have a Hall board meeting tomorrow night.
I brought back from Texada a whole bin of cross stitch and crewel embroidery projects. I need to sort through all of them and see what I want to keep and see what I can let go of. While I do that I figure I may as well sort through the other bin of kits and patterns that I have. No matter how hard I try I can’t seem to get ahead in the “divesting” department.
So, with that much to do I’d better get busy.
